Thursday Workout Inspiration

After I ate my lunch and I planned to rest first before I go to the gym. I tried to play a couple of songs with my guitar and just chill and relax. Preparing for my pre-workout supplement from VX. It’s a 100% Pure creatine without any flavor so you can combine it with your favorite shake like banana or whatever you prefer.

As I’m lying down at my bed, reading emails and news. I took a couple of selfie shots so I can see the progress of my current built and guess what happened….

Anyway, I hope you guys never skip your workout today. Don’t be lazy, trust me I saw a lot of older guys out there at the gym who can lift more than the weight that I can do. The reason that they can maintain a good built it’s because they don’t entertain excuses and reasons to skip their workout.

Try to be more lively and dedicated. Life is so much fun when you’re more healthy and fit.
